TERMS:
We offer items being liquidated for estates. Every attempt is made to clearly describe each item being auctioned/sold. All items are sold as is and all sales are final. The lucky high bidder/purchaser is to pay S/H and insurance (optional). Insurance is optional unless otherwise specified.
Payment is expected within 7 days of auction end or buy it now purchase. We accept credit cards through PayPal and Google Checkout, personal/business checks (will ship when check clears), Money orders and Cashier's Checks.
Please remember that bidding is a contract. Please do not bid or buy if you do not intend on completing the transaction. Should you have any questions concerning this item please contact me prior to bidding or purchase.
SHIPPING:
In most cases a flat shipping charge will be noted. However, when this is not possible Shipping and Handling charges will be determined by packaged weight along with the shipping address. Please be advised that we only ship via US Mail or UPS and will always offer you the most cost saving method. All international customers must contact us directly for applicable shipping charges. All items are packaged in a manner to avoid any possible damage during shipping. Insurance is optional and we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items that are not insured.
